The screen printing process holds an economical advantage over professional transfers or dye sublimation when printing in large quantities only. Extra steps and more materials to prepare artwork for printing, and additional labor to apply each individual color are all required to achieve the end product - and result in manditory set up fees in addition to the garment cost.

Orders less than 36 pieces, may consider weighing the options of full-color imprints vs. screen printing. The cost out - with set up fees considered - is virtually the same. At 72 or more pieces, screen printing usually becomes the most affordable option.
